Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion multiple seedling fibroids and single ovary might not cause problem.Adenomyosis is rare to see at this age.Ovulation or egg release might occur alternately from two ovaries.One ovary might be sufficient to get pregnant.But PCOD might hinder pregnancy due to irregular ovulation leading to irregular cycles.But dont worry PCOD is a treatable cause of infertility.If you are overweight or obese try weight reduction as even 10% of weight loss might cause regularisation of cycles.Adapt healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and nutritional diet.Avoid junk foods.Avoid stress.
