Hello,
Firstly, you should confirm if it is pregnancy and nothing else. Please get a serum beta-hCG assay and a trans-vaginal sonogram to clarify the issue. If pregnancy is confirmed, see a specialist for a proper clinical evaluation. Pregnancy cannot be stopped from happening at this stage, but, if you do not wish to continue and added by the fact that it resulted from contraceptive failure with the possibility of teratogenecity in the fetus, you can proceed for a medical abortion under medical surveillance. Hope this helps.
