Is There Any Sure And Effective Ayurvedic Medicines For Pituitary Macroadenoma?

Hi. Is there any sure and effective ayurveda medicines for pituitary macroadenoma ( vision tests normal, MRI shows macroadenoma, nonfunctioning, no other symptoms except irregular periods).I am a 33 yrs married female with previous history of PCO . Not planned for babies yet.I want to avoid any surgeries. or any medicines in Homeopathy instead of western approaches.

Macroadenoma is serious pathology and needs proper treatment as your physician should have recommended. The best choice would be surgical removal to avoid further enlargement (especially during pregnancy).
