Is There Any Side Effects For Taking Xet37.5 For Long Time?

Sir i am 38 years male Dr had been prescribed me to take xet37.5 to continue.And next visit after 6 months. But i am better than earlier and again visit with doctor after 1year 6 months.But i had continue medicine in that period. .I ask sir there is any side effect for taking this medicine for long time..

Hi,

Xet CR 37.5 (Paroxetine) on long term use can cause notably low sexual desire, delayed ejaculation, insomnia, vomiting.

Orthostatic hypotension, nausea, dryness in the mouth, weight gain, erectile dysfunction, dyspepsia etc. but it is usually well tolerated.
