Masturbation is a normal phenomenon and will not cause any harm in future. But don't get addicted to it. Divert your mind, keep yourself busy with work, studies, Play outdoor games. And height is mostly heriditory dependent. And its difficult to increase height after 18, as long bone end fuses by age of 18.
