Is There Any Home Remedy To Overcome Loose Motion During My Pregnancy Period?

My sister-in-law is pregnant of 7 months, all things are normal as per the doctor. she has got loose motion for 2 days (total 5-6 times in 2 days )and feels the baby may come out...before going to see the doctor is there anything to do at home? is there anything wrong?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the loose motions might be due to gastrointestinal infection.Check for the causative factor like outside food any taken or contaminated water or food taken or stored food or incompletely cooked food especially non veg if taken and avoid them.
Take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres ,butter milk,fruit juices ,electrol powder to avoid dehydration.Include ghee in the diet.Dont worry it will subside in a couple of days but consult the doctor as you might need antibiotics sometimes.As there is no fever and vomitings nothing to worry.
