Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no home remedy for hydrocephalus. Medications for this condition are limited and not always effective too.

Acetazolamide may be tried to lower the CSF production. However, surgery (depending on the cause that may be malabsorption of CSF or blockage of CSF circulation) is the preferred treatment.

Discuss with your Neurosurgeon about these issues.
