Is There Any Herbal Treatment For Menstrual Mood Swings In Children?
My granddaughter is menstruating at ten and having terrible mood swings, told her mum today she was tired of being mean to people and having people be mean to her and wanted to die. Sadly, a family friend committed suicide at age 16 only three weeks ago so suicide has been discussed and after effects witnessed. Is there a herbal treatment for menstrual tension in children?

She can take a multivitamin with B complex and you can try different combinations of supplements such saffron, ginseng and camomille. Also, omega 3 is good as mood stabilizer.
