Cordseen around fetal neck present and aminotic flui
d is 84mm. Is it serious please suggest what to be done I. This case I am very tensed

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Single loop of umbilical cord can be followed up in your case if fetus is not compromised.
There are chances that it will unwind with advancement of pregnancy.
Even if it doesn't unwind,normal delivery is possible with loop around fetal neck.If it causes fetal compromise then cesarean section can be done.

Amniotic fluid is also towards lower side.It is important to observe for leakage P/V.
