Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?
morning doctor, i just got the result of my KUB ultrasound, and i want interpretation parenchymal thickness R kidney measures .9cm and it is inhomogenous parenchymal thickness of L kidney measure 1.0cm and it is inhomogenous calyceal structure of both kidneys not dilated
The kidney parenchymal thickness needs to be taken along with the length of the kidney is important. Kidneys must be more than 8.0 cms in length to be normal. The parenchymal thickness is slightly below normal. Your serum creatinine levels must also be measured. There is no stone or any other cause of obstruction in the kidneys. It is suggested that you discuss your report findings and kidney function tests with your doctor.
