Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of Widal test is as follows:
Widal test is done for diagnosis of typhoid fever.
Widal test is reported as antibody titres.
Antibody titre is the presence of antibodies directed against the Salmonella typhi antigen.
In your test report, the titres against Salmonella typhi O antigen are raised i.e. 1;160.
The titres at or below 1;80 are considered as non-reactive or negative.
Thus you are suffering from typhoid since the antibody against O antigen is positive.

You need to consult your doctor with the report for prescription of antibiotic against Salmonella typhi.

Thanks and take care
