Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Gait abnormalities or hearing loss may be due to vestibular cochlear nerve involvement.

So you may need to consult your treating doctor for your symptoms. The possible causes of your symptoms are:
- Middle ear effusion or mastoid cell opening. Retrocochlear lesions lead to transferred pressure on the cochlear nuclei or by traction on the nerve.
- Vascular perfusion problems were also possible but are difficult to document.

So please consult your doctor and explain the type of problem you have and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu,
