Is There A Treatment Available To Treat Cyst Near Anus That Causes Foul Smell?

I have what my physician said is a cyst near my anus. It is hard, and until recently, would not pop. The doc said to get it removed, due to it's bad placement, and risk of infection. Anyway, today it appears to have popped, and out comes very smelly, white chunks of stuff. I tried to clean it up and put antibiotic cream on it. Do I need to do anything further? What the heck is this stuff, and why does it smell so bad? thank you

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, all of this seems to be abscess formation and if this is so then it needed to be drained and for that you need to see the surgeon else in my opinion do not try to clean this or temper the lesion else condition would be more jeopardized hope this information helps.
