Is There A Treatment Available For Heavy Breathing And Palpitations Caused After Alcohol Consumption?

I am 71 years . My BP is 165/95 last one year . My Bp was 150/90 for 5 years . I good fitness and purely veggy , I have been taking 1 unit of alcohol for 30 years . I get good 7 hrs sleep. Can walk 10 Kim's or go up 25 floors with ease, no heavy breathing or palpitation . What's treatment you suggest

You are known case of hypertension, which causes hypertrophy of heart in long term and decrease its pumping capacity. You may heavy breathing and palpitations after alcohol consumption, as alcohol has sedative action and also affect heart.
