Is There A Problem If Anomaly Scanning Shows Minor Fetal Structural Anomalies Pertaining To Extremities?

Hai doctor,
Iam 20 Weks pregnant. My anomaly scanning is finished. In this report, no obvious congenital anomalies seen.few minor fetal structural anomalies , mainly pertaining to extremities , face and heart may not be detected due to variable fetal position . What's that meaning. Any problem or not?

Hi. You had level2 scan.s it is mentioned no major congenital anomalies there are only minor defects, I think there are some soft markers in ultrasound which will not have any harmful effect on baby.
However I will advise you to get your Quadruple marker test which will be sent along with your scan report and also foetal Echo. both these tests can be done till 22 weeks. So there is time to take these tests and consult your gynecologist.
Thanks.
