I am 32 year old male. I am suffering from asthama by last 2 year. I am taking inhalor regularly after consulting to my physician, but now I feel congestion in my chest and also there is no permanant relief from asthama. Please advice me what I can do OR where I can get proper treatment? Thank you.
If the asthma is not controlled, you may need to look at your asthma triggers and also consider whether the medication dose needs adjusting.
There are different triggers for asthma, if you can control your triggers it may help to control your asthma. Triggers could be exercise (would need to use inhaler before), reflux, sinus problems, allergies, common cold, strong emotion.
Your medication may also need to be adjusted. This can be done with your GP or pulmonologist (doctor who specializes in lung diseases).
I hope this helps
