Is There A Non Surgical Procedure For The Removal To Boil On The Upper Eye Lid?

i have a boil in my upper eye lid....its been over 10 days..i thought it will go away but it hasnt...during the first few days there was a little pain...now its painless..now i think it could be a chalazion...is there any way i can get rid of this without surgical treatment??

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain a boil over the upper eyelid can be a stye or a chalazion..
In case if it is present just at the margin of eyelid it can be a stye while if it is present slightly away from eyelid it can be a chalazion..
I would suggest you to do warm compresses over the eyelid and also put steroid eye drops..
Do it atleast for a week and in case if it still does not resolve consult an Ophthalmologist and get evaluated and he can put steroid injections over the lump directly to shrink it..
In case if it still does not resolve surgery is the only option left..
