Is The Sperm Analysis Report Normal?

Sir/madam I am maried 3 years my total sperm count 50 million/ ml and total motile 25 million/mi, total nonmotile 25 milli/ ml, progressive motile 15 milli/ ml, sluggishly 10 milli/ mi, immobile 25 milli/ ml, total normal cells 15 milli/ ml, total abnormal cells 35 milli/ ml. What about my results good or not? Please help me.

Hi,
It looks like you had a basic semen analysis done, and the results are suggestive of a reasonably normal sperm production.
If you are unable to conceive in the next three months, I suggest you repeat a semen analysis at a good infertility centre where the quality of report is likely to be dramatically better than any average lab, as they also look at other criteria such as sperm morphology. the really good labs might even do tests like sperm DNA fragmentation, which however is quite expensive and might not be required in all patients.
