Is The Premature Heartbeats Of 51 Low?

I have had two caths of my heart and it shows I have premature beats . I have been put on Ranexa and Metropol also Spiralctone . My heart is 50 and I am 61 . I exert on the slightest exertion . Is fifty to low my doctor says that is fine . I have spells of sweating nd nausea also.

Anyway, considering the spells of sweating, I would recommend performing an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring in order to investigate for possible cardiac arrhythmia.
