Is The Hard Lump In The Thigh Need To Be Concerned?
I had a pimple like thing on my inner thigh near my bikini area about a month ago. I tried to pop it but nothing happened so I left it alone. Now I have a black/reddish spot the size of a pencil eraser. Is this something to worry about or just a scar.

I really appreciate your concern, it would have been some fungal infection and after healed it must have turned into scar tissue and now it must be over and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
