After going through your query I came to know that you got fracture of both leg bones in May, for which you were operated by probably interlocking nail of tibia .You started walking well now with little or no limp. You are recovering well . But you are worried about having hard bump on front of your shin at fracture site. No need to worry, it is fracture callus. It is natural to occur during phase of healing. After complete healing it will gradually reduce and become normal in due course of time. However better assessment can be done only after seeing x-ray.
