Is The Blood Pressure Normal For A 35 Week Pregnant Woman?

i'm 35 weeks pregnate and my blood pressure is:
Systolic = 128
Diastolic = 83
Pluse = 85
I had this tested at my local drug store.
A friend says this is kind of high, but I'm not sure. I have some swelling in my feet and hands, but i believe this is just normal right?
