Is The Scalene Muscles That Are Hurting When I Turn The Neck Which Is Slightly Swollen?

I woke up 2 days ago and found that the right side of my neck is swollen. It's not a notably big but it hurts if i touch it and just recently today it slightly hurts when i turn my neck. I feel like it could be the Scalene Muscles, or the Sternocleidomastoid Muscle

Hi!
I read carefully your query.
You may have any muscular traction who cause muscular swollen and pain when you turn head.
You should use some pain killer and not move so you may use a collar for some days.

Wishing you fast recovery.
