Is Taking Zolfresh Safe For Sleeplessness Long After Having Insomnia?

Hello sir. I never had insomnia before, but for the last 3 weeks my sleeping pattern is drastically affected. I get very less hours of sleep.My doctor advised me to take zolfresh for 14 days. My question is , is it safe to take zolfresh , is it addictive? Can I improve my sleep pattern after the medication? I don t want to depend on zolfresh in the future.

Hi yes zolfresh can cause you to depend on it in the long term. you can try over the counter melatonin or talk to your doctor about trazodone to help you sleep better. I hope this helps. Take care :)
