Is Taking Terazosin Safe Instead Of Valsartan For High BP?

my husband takes Valsartan for high blood pressure. he has been taking this medication for several years. He is 61. His blood pressure has been stable, actually almost too low according to his doctor. 118/74 110/58, etc. Will this new med (Terazosin 2mg capsule) lower his blood pressure even more. it has a dizziness, lightheadedness warning. Thank you.
