Is Taking Lipitor Safe Long After Having Lacunar Strokes?

I Had 2 lacunar strokes ( minor) in the past 2 years. I have taking medicines many to prevent further damage, but I read in a European medical magazine Lipitor causes the second stroke and it should no be taken, in America everyone I asked look at me like I am crazy Comments?

I really appreciate your concern, if the stroke is due to hypertension then it needs to be controlled first, more over clinical presentation at the time of stroke is matter concern, if you have some doubt about the lapitor then advise to have word with doctor hope this information helps.
