General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should consider visit a gynecologist and fertility specialist because further evaluation is needed before taking anything. You should check hormone levels and ovaries quality because you are near menopause. Also, consult gynaecologist for possible surgery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
