Is Swelling And Bruise On Eyebrow After Hitting The Eye Serious?
Hello, My toddler fell and hit the corner of his eye on his cup holder on his car seat about 11 hours ago. He cried for less than five minutes. It has swollen and has a bruise on the corner of his eyebrow. He took a nap and woke up grumpy. But he is three. He ate well and was talking/answering question appropriately. Should I worry about waking him up every hour or so tonight?

Hi, do not panic. Your kid seems to be ok. What you can do is keep ice pack on the injured region. This would reduce pain and swelling. It might take a while before that pain comes down because its a bony region. If at all kid complains of pain you can give her him paracetamol. Since he spoke normally and had food I think he is doing good.
