went for mri I have a tear of the posterior roat of the medial meniscus lateral intact grade 1 mcl sprain their is a nondisplace subchondral fracture of the medial tibual plateau 1.0x 1.3 cm edema moderate cartilage loss in the medial and patellofemoral compartment small bakers cyst also moderate osteoarthritis. do you think I will need surgery and why can t I walk on it
