General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your problem.
If the haemorroid is small and responds to medical management then there will be no need to surgical procedure. So it is very important that you try prevent its aggravation by all mean.
You are given sitcom tablets which is very good for your problem.
In this situation, doing heavy exercise is not advisable. Take warm sitz bath for 15 min in potacium permanganate water. Get treatment of constipation if you have.
If these treatment works, then perhaps the surgery will not be needed.
Hope this will be helpful.
Do ask if any further question is there.
Thanks for using HCM. Take care.
