Is Surgery Advisable For Clotting Of Vein In Right Leg?

hi, my name is preeti n my hubby have DVT .he had suregory in his left leg 6 months ago.his recent INR is 2.1 and it varies.he dnt have sufficient Portein C.het had a swelling in right leg too. dr says dat the vein dat pumps the blood back too heart that is blocked or have clot.he take acitrom 6mg.but the doctor suggested to go for surgeory on right leg too bt then too they r not sure ki blood clot disappear completely.today i went to Dr.Rakesh he said ki first we try to open the blocked vein and then add filter their so blood can flow.but if the vein still remains blocked then dnt noe wht to do.

If there is no clinical improvement through medications and oedema persist, one has to decide for the intervention.
