Is Stiffness In The Arms And Legs Due To Valsartan Intake?
Hi there, I m wondering how long it will take before you see side effects from medication. I have been on Valsartan for about 9 weeks now and have noticed in the last 10 days that my arms and legs feel like they re encased in cement when I get up from sitting. I take 40mg per day and I m wondering if this is an issue with the medication? Please advise. I am 35y/o female, had a SCAD in may 2016 10day after delivering baby. 5 foot 2, 115 lbs

Valsartan causes muscle weakness or dystrophy. But not spasticity. I suggest you a MRI brain to rule out any intracerebral lesion. Follow up with your reports.
