General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Menstrual irregularities happening during few cycles are normal. Especially while approaching menopausal age. However, if the problem persists, follow up with your ObGyn.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
