This is my first month back on birth control, I am taking Mononessa. I typically have regular periods about every 30 days. I started the birth control the week after my period and I just took my 4th inactive pill today. I had unprotected sex once this month and now I have had VERY faint spotting, but still no period. I am so worried and took a pregnancy test about 2 days ago and it came back negative. Should I trust this or re-test in a week? Is it normal to have spotting but no period when you start new birth control? Thanks.
