Is Spotting And Cramps Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hello there I am 29 years old and I had my tubes tied after my fourth child on October 15th 2012 durning my c-section and my periods come every month exactly the same day but they are extremely heavy and last up to almost nine days long but my concern today is my daughter is now 21 months and I should have gotten my heavy flow period of this month JULY but I am already on my third day wearing tampons and the lightest spotting possible small amounts of brown with little blood and my cramps are so severe. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests at home to be on the safe side to hopefully rule out that I am pregnant if its etopic all they were all negative. I have pain on my left ovarie and I am not sure what to do this is not normal for me this is NOT a period!! Please help!! :( Laura

Hi,I had gone through your query and undetstand your concerns. Yes there may be a chance of ectopic pregnancy but you exclude by urine test though ultrasonography report is very helpful in this situation. My opinion is you should test blood for sugar,thyroid profile and prolactin level to exclude other posibilities. If you have any other query then you can contact me. Thanx.
