Is Sperm Secretion Possible After Having A Blast?
I lost all but 20 prcent of my testicles in an ied blast, and now have to take androgen and all that. My wife and I really are bummed we cannot have our own kid and yesterday my buddy mentioned a festival transplant as ge would gladly donate one of his own. Is this possible and would I be able to produce sperm again

You can have your own kid even with 20% of the testis. You need to tell if you can ejaculate, are there any sperms dead or live in semen and the status of the testis. You should get a biopsy of testis and see the status. You may have the option of ICSI as the best bet to have a child
