Is Sperm Count Of 4 Million Shown In Semen Analysis Normal?

I am Samuel, aged 46, a father of one who is desirous of having more kids. The problem is i and my wife have been struggling to another after our first child and i was asked to go for semen analysis which comes out as follow,

Volume 4.0m.
Consistency --viscous
Opacity-- opaque
Colour -- Grayish white
PH- 7.0
Motility --- Actively motice cells --05 per cent
Sluggish cells 35
Dead cells 60
Morphology
Abnormal forms --Nil
Count 3.4 x
What does this portend for me.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
The sperm count of 4 million is below normal. However in the report you given below there is no sperm count mentioned.
According to your semen analysis report you have 4 ml semen volume. As per motility, Actively motile cells are only 05 % , Sluggish motile are 35 % & rest are Dead cells. As per morphology there are no cells of abnormal shape.
So all togethar you should be suffering from asthenospermia, which is low sperm motility. This might be reason of infertility problem you are facing
