Is Smoking Safe While Using Eye Drops For Corneal Abrasion?

I have a corneal abrasion in one of my eyes and I am a occasional marijuana smoker. My question is can I still smoke while I use prescribed eye drops to heal my abrasion? From what I heard my eye will not heal if it is dry and marijuana tends to dry out your eyes. However if I use the eye drops prescribed by my doctors will it effect my eye in any negative way? or prolong the healing process?

It is best to avoid Marijauna smoking in life.

But if you cant stop it for lifetime so it is better to avoid till your corneal abrasions heal properly and you have a normal eye.
As Marijuana can cause delay in healing of ulcer beacuse marijuana is a vasoconstrictor and can thus blood vessels will be constricted ulcer healing may get impaired or delayed.

Thus it is best to avoid Marijuana or any kind of smoking
