Is Shoulder Pain Along With Partially Sore Skin A Cause For Concern?
Hi I hit my head today when i stood up on a scaffolding pole I had a hard hat on but I got a lot of pain more of a vibration type of pain straight thru my head and across my shoulders and down my arms Now a few hours on I still have pain in my shoulders and top of arms and in places my skin is sore to touch Will this pass or should I seek medical help

Probably the injury may cause nerve root compression at the spinal cord to lead to tingling and numbness of the nerve. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Take rest and use tablet pregabalin m 75 once a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will do MRI brain and spine then treat you accordingly.
