Is Severe Swelling In The Ankles And Feet A Side Effect Of Hydrochlorothiazide?

I take the flollowing meds furosemide lisinoprill hydrochlorothiazide and carvedilol. I have server swelling of the ankles and feet. It started when my new doctor took me off of sparetolactone and put me on the hydrochlorothiazide. Is this a side effect from the change?
