Is Severe Pain Caused By Swollen Lymph Nodes Related To Lupus?

Hi I have SLE with APS and for the past month I have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck causing severe pain. I have gone to the ER twice and was given antibiotics each time. The antibiotics will help for a week or so before the pain returns. Is this related to the SLE and what can I do I am tired of being in pain and having to go to the ER

SLE is an immunocompromised state that means., it causes your body to easily susceptible to various infections .

if you sat in developing countries better you get a biopsy done to rule out tuberculosis
