Should I Be Worried Of Having Sore Throat, Swollen Lymph Node And Severe Pain While Swallowing?

I have sore throat on left side with swollen lymph nodes and pain located near my thyroid. Left side of my tongue is swollen and severe pain when swallowing. I'm in history of large thyroid nodules in lupus. low grade fever is present. Is this something to be concerned about? Symptoms times 5 days
