Welcome to HealthCare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

Chest pain is not a usual complaint in viral gastroenteritis.

I would suggest you to -
- take a PPI like pantoprazole on an empty stomac
- take rest
- Get an abdominal ultrasound done - you might be having gllstone or pancreatitis
- Get an EKG done to rule out cardiac pathology for chest pain

Do not woory.

I would also suggest you to visit a physician. He/she can examine and correlate clinically.

Hope this helps.
Have a nice day.
Regards.
