Is Serum Creatinine Level Of 1.6 A Cause For Concern?

Hello Doctor, Iam suffering from IgaN and this was confirmed after Biopsy, My serum creatinine levels are 1.6 and are maintained since 8 months now, I stopped having Non veg and soft drinks but continuing having tea twice daily. my problem is before Iga N was detected my weight was 84 and started losing weight, Now iam ranging between 68-70. I am also on Eltroxin 50 mcg my TSH levels. ie: 13. T3 and T4 are in control. I feel very weak and experiencing slight pain in my left shoulder. I am checking my BP regularly and its 130/90, Iam hypertensive and using telma 40mg and cinidipine 10mg. as per the doctors sugestion iam using sodium Biocaronate 1000mg thrice daily and Febustat 40mg once daily and Septrol capsule once daily. please suggest.
