Is Restricted Movement In The Thumb Post Injury Indicative Of A Broken Tendon?

I fell off my mountain bike and jammed my left thumb among other things. Now I can t raise the tip of my thumb past the last joint as far as my right thumb. If I push on the tip it can be raised the same as my right. Did I avulse the distal tendon in my left thumb?

it must be ruled out by x Ray of affected had or c.t scan
Consult orthopaedician
Get physically examined
in-case of normal bone and tendons, physiotherapy must be considered
