primolut may increase the risk for various congenital abnormalities and it also decreased the breast milk production. The first trimester is the most important one regarding the congenital abnormalities. I can't say how high the chances are or how many milligrams are too much.
Primolut is for the aforementioned reasons in category X which means that it should not be used during pregnancy! You should first confirm or exclude the pregnancy. You can measure your blood beta chorionic gonadotropin and do an ultrasound scan of the uterus.
You should contact your gynecologist for the rest. Of course you can contact me again, should you need further guidance.
Kind Regards!
