Is Pregnancy Possible With Enlarged Uterus With Globular Appearance And Heterogenous Parenchyma?

Can I still get pregnant and carry a baby.....? My ultrasound reads..... The uterus is anteverted and measures 9.3 x 5.5 x 5.7cm with estimated volume of 152ml. No focal solid lesion is noted in the uterus, however the uterine parenchyma is heterogenous, with possible small scattered cystic structures......endometrial stripe is homogenous and measures 0.50cm in thickness. There is normal vascular flow noted in left ovary, right ovary has been removed. Left ovary measures 3.7 x 2.3 x 2.0 cm with an estimated volume of 9.7ml. Tiny follicles are noted in the periphery. Impression: enlarged uterus with globular appearance and heterogenous parenchyma. This is non specific. My question is can I still get pregnant and carry a baby. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for writing..
The shape of the uterus can be a normal variant. There is cystic space in the endometrium. So get a repeat scan after your periods to rule out any lesions. Globular uterus itself doesn't have any effect on pregnancy but if there is any problem with endometrium there can be problem. Left ovary ios also normal. Hope I have answered your query. good day
