Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic.
There are a lot findings in USG. I'll explain them one by one.
Renal parenchyma is the normal body of the kidney which is functioning and excreting toxins from body. The parenchyma in your case is slightly hyperreflective means some minor early changes are there affecting the kidney so there is some decreased function affecting the left kidney. Usually it is associated with diabetes/hypertension.
Right kidney has a stone (nephrolithiasis) and there is superior polar dilatation because of it. Residual urine of 16% is slightly higher. normal limit is usually upto 15 %. Nothing much to worry about.
Uterus is normal. Nabothian cysts are normal findings in the cervix region.
Overall you have slight chronic affection of left kidney and right renal stone. It does not explain your pain on left side. Are you sure stone is on right side? If yes then the pain is unrelated to it. Early chronic change in left kidney will not cause pain. You can get back to me for further queries. I will be happy to help you.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
