Hi, im bhavani, 28 years old, already i have 6 years girl, 2years back pregnency mis carried, i have irregular periods,we r trying to get pregnent, last month i went to gyncoligist. I went for scanning , blood test, the report says, i have bilateral pcod& enlarged ovaries, doctor prefered me ocacet for 30 days, fertibex for 30 days and cabgolin 0.25 for 4weeks/1 tablet for week,, please tell me is there any chance to get pregnency again, im so worried about this,, plz suggest me , what would i do?? Thanqq,,

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Well, pregnancy is possible in cases of bilateral polycystic ovaries as in your case.
You have been prescribed proper drugs and you need to take them as advised.
Apart from that, you need to reduce weight by proper diet and exercise, which would increase the chances of conception. Next thing to look for is regularisation of your cycles. Once your cycles are regular, drugs which induce ovulation will act and help you in timely ovulation. That would improve your chances of conceiving.
Relax and have healthy diet, moderate exercise and keep yourself well hydrated.
