Is Pregnancy Possible While On Birth Control Pills?
hi I have a question about birth-control, the pill. I have been on mononessa for about four months so last month I took the pill late about 3-5 hours late and two days I missed a pill and took two the next day. I started a new pack on sunday and have been taking them correctly but I had unprotected sex today, do I need to buy Plan-B? what is the chance that I might be pregnant?
hello i understand your concern. you have to take oral contraceptive pills daily and also at a same time. you missed the pill for 2 days and then taken 2 pill on 3rd day, its allowed. but if you missed the pill on 3rd day then you are not protected by oral pill. if you do a unprotected sex during that period then you have to take emergency pill. as per your case there is no chance of pregnancy so no need to worry and no need to buy a emergency pill. continue with oral pills as prescribed to you. hope this helps to you.
